Service Reviews

Our ‘service reviews’ are frequently service system reviews, where we review the performance of individual providers and look at how they work together to offer a wider service.

We often work with organisations where there is no clear or agreed performance expectations and an early exercise in the commissioning cycle is to understand what is being delivered and why. Needs Assessment in it’s pure definition is a review of theoretical need, but the issue for commissioners is to explore the gaps presented by the difference between need and supply. Our experience and expertise in this area will help you to do so effectively.
