World Class Commissioners are central to improving the NHS and key competencies have been set out to help commissioners fulfil this vision. Innovation is one of those key competencies but the path to innovating in the NHS is still not clear.
This one-day workshop will teach commissioners the skills to innovating in the NHS and prepare them to meet the challenge of promoting improvement through innovation.
