TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
- CPI seeks to provide the most flexibility to its customers to ensure optimum satisfaction.
- Please note that a course reservation is a contract.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to four weeks before an event will carry a 10% penalty charge.
- Cancellation up to two weeks before an event will carry a 75% charge.
- Cancellation within two weeks of an event will carry a 100% charge.
- Where a delegate is not able to attend and a replacement is found, no penalty charges apply.
- In unforeseen circumstances where CPI cancels a training course, a full refund is offered and a 25% discount applied on one place for a further training course on the same or other topic.
Changes/alterations:
- CPI reserves the right to change named trainers. Please note that this is a very rare occurrence. In these circumstances, CPI will ensure that, where possible, communication will be made to delegates on any alterations.
- CPI reserves the right to make slight alterations to the agenda before or on the day of an event. Please note that this is a very rare occurrence. In these circumstances, CPI will ensure that, where possible, communication will be made to delegates on any alterations.
Due care and attention
- Delegates are expected to take due care and attention to their own health and safety when on training courses.
Costs
- Please note that the cost quoted for training days exclude VAT, travel costs to venues and accommodation where required. CPI will do its utmost to negotiate reduced rates at hotels close to venues. Delegates are responsible for their own payment arrangements with hotels.
