London ROMS Commissioning Training

CPI is currently working with the London region ROMS Commissioning team to deliver some team building and develop outcome based commissioning.

Home Office - Dispersed Leadership training for Community Safety Managers

Working with the Home Office, CPI is currently delivering a leadership training modular programme for Community Safety Managers across England and Wales.  

Holloway Prison - Resettlement Review

The Holloway Project Management Group has commissioned CPI to undertake an evaluation of the Holloway Resettlement Pilot which has been up and running since 2006. T he pilot is provides a structured process for women prisoners to return to a number of London boroughs.

The evaluation will need to map delivery processes, assess the outcome for offenders and make recommendations with regard to helping inform mainstreaming of the pilot.  The evaluation will seek to encompass the views of all key stakeholders, including that of offenders themselves, in order to build a largely qualitative picture of achievements to date.
