Grant Management

CPI is unique in having extensive experience of dispersing grant monies to public sector organisations, third sector groups and community activists as part of our innovation portfolio.

Over the last five years we have managed and distributed, on behalf of our clients, grant money to the value of around £1,500,000.

Examples of our work include:

South East Alcohol Innovation Programme

On behalf of the Government Office for the South East, CPI is in the second year of delivering an innovation programme to reduce alcohol related hospital admissions in the region.  Find out more at www.southeastalcohol.org.uk.

Tackling Knives Action Programme

On behalf of the Department of Health and the Home Office, CPI has delivered an innovation programme to improve data sharing on assaults between A&Es and Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships. 

Care Services Improvement Partnership South East

With CSIP South East CPI we funded projects that explored the physical health and wellbeing of people with severe and enduring mental health problems, distributing £60,000 to 28 innovative projects.

Government Office for the South West

We worked with GOSW on two large-scale innovation programmes over a two year period that sought to deal with anti-social behaviour and low level criminality.  In total we managed and distributed a grant pot worth £64,000.
