CPI is offering website readers a two hour advice session about anything related to your service delivery area, be it in the public or third sector.  

For many, advice on public sector cuts would be especially helpful. In the current economic climate, how can you avoid ‘death by a thousand cuts’ for your services? How do you know you’re making cuts in the right service areas? What can you do differently so that you pay less and get better outcomes?

We have a team of highly experienced public sector consultants and have successfully helped clients across both the statutory and third sectors. As a not-for-profit organisation, our mission is to improve the outcomes of public sector service users, with particular emphasis on those living in the most disadvantaged communities. These advice sessions are limited in number and are available on a first-come-first-served basis so be sure to get in touch quickly.
