Change Management
We have developed a set of change management tools and approaches to support individuals, organisations and partnerships to instigate changes in leadership philosophy and systems that respond to the shifting demands of customers and the effects of budget cuts. We can help you realign and refocus your energy and direction to improve results.
We underpin this with our years of experience of outcome logic - so that we develop people who are leading for results, not simply managing delivery.
We encourage clients to commission bespoke leadership products from us that best suit their organisation, partnership or the outcome domains in which they deliver. This means helping to identify who the leadership cohorts are, their parameters of influence and the support they need. These can be from single events to programmes of ongoing support. As an example, we have successful delivered results for clients incorporating the following:
- Leadership with Executive Partnerships (strategy development with LSPs, Boards, CDRPs, Children’s Trusts etc)
- Leadership for Partnership Managers (those with the day-to-day responsibility to deliver partnership targets)
- Team building and development
- Event facilitation
- Coaching and Learning Networks
We also use our own innovative tool - Strategic Mapping - an alternative approach for leadership teams to develop their vision and strategic action plans. Unlike plans, maps create a visual path, beginning with a clear starting point (where you are now) and a clear destination. Maps show alternative routes and allow for tracking progress against distance and time. And when it comes to implementation, most of us are better at following a map rather than reading a plan. |
