CPI Director Mark Napier, is featured in South Africa’s Public Sector Innovation Journal.

Following his work with the South  Africa's government's Centre for Public Service Innovation, Mark Napier from CPI was asked to contribute to their newly launched Public Sector Innovation Journal.

In his two articles, Mark outlines innovation techniques through which public sector innovation is nurtured and implemented.  The articles - “Citizen Convenience” (page 22) and “Innovation and Leadership in the Public Sector” (page 30) - can be found here.
