In April 2010, CPI was invited to speak at a United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime masterclass held in Russia. 

Entitled: "Evidence-based monitoring approaches to assess the effectiveness of drug treatment, rehabilitation and HIV prevention", the UN asked CPI to present on how outcome management can be used to assess the cost and quality of drug and alcohol services around the world.
